Call
Center Agents:
- 18 to 40 years old
- At least 2nd year College student or a graduate
of any two-year course
- Must have the ability to convince, persuade
and influence people
- Must have high tolerance for rejection, frustration
and stress
- Must be expressive, fluent and articulate
in both Filipino and English
- Must be computer literate
Inbound
Officers:
- Preferably college graduate
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written)
- At least 3 months of call center experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Good analytical skills
- Good typing skills
Spanish
Speaking Agents:
- Must have the ability to convince, persuade

Collections
Officer:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College
Degree

- Must have experienced in Billing and Collections
- Willing to work on graveyard shift
Database
Administrator:
- College graduate, Computer Science, Computer
Eng., ECE, or any related field
- With at least 2 years experience in DatabaseAdministration
in SQL Server 7.0 on Windows NT/2000. With knowledge in Relation
Database Design, DataWarehousing, Linux, Java, or VB is an
advantage.
- Knowledge in doing Crystal Report is an advantage.
Recruitment
& Training Manager:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of work experience in the
related field preferably RECRUITMENT alone, 1 year of which
in a supervisory capacity.
- Expertise in HR practices, procedures and
policies
- Direct working knowledge of major HR functions
especially in workforce planning and recruitment
- Ability to interact effectively with client,
vendors and other internal departmental staff
- Easily adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision
making skills
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies

Developer:

Degree in Computer Science or any related Course.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript,
PHP, ASP, MYSQL, MSSQL, etc.
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver
and other web development tools
- Highly resourceful, organized and has a sense
of urgency
- Preference will be given to applicants with
substantial web design experience with either local or foreign
clients and also those with online portfolios.

Designer:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College
Degree in Art & Design or equivalent.
- Must have a keen eye for detail, high design
aptitude and conceptual thinking

Illustrator, Freehand, Flash, etc.
- Working knowledge in Javascript, PHP, ASP
and Print Media is an advantage.
